Refunds & returns

We are passionate about and love every item we source and sell, however we do appreciate when some items may arrive with an error. With this we do offer returns on our website purchases.

The return is subject to the following conditions:

1. We receive email or telephone notification of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of their arrival and the good are return within 30 days of the receipt of purchase.

2. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out in

3. The items must have not been modified in any way 

4. The return postage costs are paid by the buyer & the goods must be returned in adequate packaging. Any damage incurred to item(s) during the return shipping is solely the buyers responsibility may result in your return becoming void. Please use a reputable courier for the return and please make sure you take out insurance to cover any damage to the goods in case they are damaged. 

Please note we cannot offer returns on international purchases, delayed, or lost orders

 

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is delayed or lost, please let us know via the contact form.

 

In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please retain all packaging and the damaged goods as we will need these in order to raise a claim against the courier. Should the goods need to be returned due to damage in transit, please re package them and we will arrange for the courier to collect them, we will cover the transit costs for this. Where possible, we may look to replace the damaged goods if there are further items in stock, we then aim to send these out ASAP.
